Share your Strawberry Story and Win!
Contest overview:
Do you have a story to share about Shari Fitzpatrick's strawberry gifts? If so, send it to us and you could be the winner of gifts from The Berry Factory, a Shari Fitzpatrick Company, for an entire year (a $500 value)! The winning submission will be judged and selected, based on content of story, by Shari Fitzpatrick. Her decision will be final.
Eligibility:
The contest is open to legal residents 18 years of age or older. Winner must be able to pick up monthly prizes at our strawberry retail stores, located in Sacramento, CA and Roseville, CA, delivery is not included.
Entry Deadline:
Your story must be submitted by midnight, February 15, 2010.
How to enter:
Follow the "Contest" link on BerryFactory.com. You may also take your submission to any of our strawberry stores located in Sacramento, CA and Roseville, CA. No purchase is necessary. One entry per person.
Official Rules:
Your story must be 3000 words or less and must be the Entrant's personal experience in his or her own words. The story may not contain elements that are copyrighted, trademarked or previously published. Non-electronic submissions must include the Entrant's full name, mailing address, email address and a daytime phone number. Missing information will void the submission. Entrant's personal information will not be sold or used for any purpose other than the Contest.
All submissions become the property of The Berry Factory, a Shari Fitzpatrick Company. The winning submission will be published on The Berry Factory website and used for other marketing/advertising purposes. Other submissions may be published and used for marketing/advertising purposes. The Berry Factory reserves the right to edit/revise submissions for continuity and clarity.
The winner will be notified by email or US mail no later than February 20, 2010. Winner will be required to show proof of identity and mus sign a release confirming the submitted story represents a true personal experience and does not contain elements that are copyrighted, trademarked or have been previously published.
The Prize: The winner will be presented with 12 gift coupons, redeemable one per month. The gift coupons must be presented in person at one of our strawberry retail stores. The winner must notify The Berry Factory 24 hours in advance of redeeming the gift coupon. The monthly gifts will vary in type, at the sole discretion of The Berry Factory. The combined dollar value of the 12 monthly gifts will not be less than $500.00. There is no cash value.
All Entrants will be added to our VIP mailing lists for discounts and special advertisements.
By entering the Contest, the Entrant agrees to the Official Rules. The Berry Factory, a Shari Fitzpatrick company, reserves all rights and may cancel or revise the Contest at any time. This contest is void where prohibited by law.
